What kind of information you collect?
We collect only personal information that is necessary to process, complete, send a received order, in order to service the customer. Personal information that are necessary include your home address, billing address, email, telephone number, mobile number.
For driving the experience to maximum result for our customers and for delivering them the best we can provide we keep as well ip-address, ordering history through our electronic shop and information regarding your explore on our site.
Transaction security
All electronic payments with the use of debit/credit card are being made through the platform for electronic payments of Alpha bank, called “Alpha e-Commerce”. The platform uses TLS 1.2 and cryptographic protocol 128-bit(SSL).
Under no circumstance we as a legtimate shop will ask for your card number, personal information regarding your bank accounts such as pin, password e.t.c. and under no circumstance we would like to keep any of this important information.
Personal data protection
We cooperate with companies to promote our shop and promote our business so we do use marketing tools but if you don’t want to be part you can notify us with email, giving detail description what you don’t want.
We do share necessary information with companies responsible to deliver our toys to you.
We do keep necessary information under the requirements of commerce law with respect to the taxation and proof of transactions.
How can I accept or not accept the policy of your shop ?
Navigating in our shop, exploring our little corners and checking the toys we hide in, we do understand you accept our policy and our terms. Under any reason if you wish to de-register yourself from us, then please come in contact with our shop through your account’s contact form, or by sending us email or by calling us on the phone to full fill your request with the exception of those information that we are restricted to keep based on the law of commerce and taxation office.
Our shop will do the necessary steps to delete you from subscriber’s list in case you don’t wish to receive news from our shop, news for our offers and news for our new collections.
You may pay by using:
01. The electronic banking provided by Alpha Bank which accepts all credit/debit cards such as (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express). The whole process is under the responsibility of ALPHA BANK. And you have the possibility to make instalments arrangement.

04. Why not come by our shop personally to get to know and see you face-to-face and perhaps you can find more interesting opportunities and then pay indoors
Under the assumption that the order is fulfilled from Monday till Friday up to 13:30, the delivery will take place at the very next day in regions around Attica and from 1 up to 3 days to regions outside of Attica. ( Especially in very distant regions the delivery can take some days even more ).

Explanation regarding delivery costs
The cost of delivery is 3€ for packages up to 3 kilogrammes. For each additional kilogram there is extra charge and you will get briefed before the finalization of the order. If you choose to pay on-delivery, there is additional charge 2€ irrelevant of weight.
Orders above 49€ are free of charge costs.
The above prices are valid for deliveries from Monday up to Friday.
Saturdays deliveries are charged 2€ more.
For the very large packages, we will contact you before we complete the packaging. In this case the delivery is completed through an external service contractor of your choice or if you wish of our own choice
In case the delivered product is defect, you may return this within 15 days without any charge and we immediately replace it for you under the assumption we do have the very same in stock. On the other hand if we lack of this toy we will fully refund you.
In any case the product must be accompanied with its original package and not be modified in no way
Lack of product in stock
For orders that can not be completed because of lack in stock, you will get fully refunded under the assumption you as customer do not wish to replace your original choice with some other alternative choice
